Enjoying Bathtime Together

I decided Carys was ready for the big tub. It's so nice that she and Caedmon can take baths together! They have a lot of fun together! She's wild and crazy, standing up, falling down, going under the water at times, but rarely complaining. She's more of a fish than Caedmon!

When she's a little older, bathing them together will be easier! For now, I'll keep them separate and conserve some energy!:)

I'm often hard pressed to keep Caedmon out of the duck when I give Carys a bath.
Thank goodness she didn't mind him crowding her space this time around!:)

I don't remember Caedmon ever doing this (although I do have a horrible memory!). He was so laid back compared to Carys! He still is! But this girl, as soon as I put her down she rolls over, regardless of where it is - she's attempting to do it on her changing table now.:/

He's become quite the character in the bathtub - very hyper! His latest is jumping and falling and then announcing "fall!" I know this could be dangerous, but I guess natural consequences will put an end to it...maybe... And he's discovered splashing...it took awhile!

The Big Tub

Mommy finally got rid of the ducky bath tub. I know, he probably outgrew it long ago, but I figured it was saving us water by not having to fill up the whole tub. Now I need to get one of those rubber mats - he slips all over the place.

Brushing Hair

Corey gave Caedmon a bath last night and then gave him a hair brush and he seemed to know what to do with it!:)

Bath in Sink

Our ducky tub "died" and we needed a bath in the worst of ways. Corey suggested the sink - duh, why didn't I think of that! It was the perfect size, but thank goodness he didn't splash! Wonder how the soapy dish cloth tastes.:/
