Family Time

Sunday afternoon Corey lets me know what the plan is for the evening: pizza at the park, ice cream at our local ice cream shop and a movie after Caedmon's in bed. He didn't get any argument from me!!! It was a lovely evening! I love hanging out with my family!:)

First Ice Cream Trip of the Summer

He didn't get into the ice cream too much,

but he enjoyed carry mama's cone around,

coming around once in a while for me to get a few bites in:)

or just the scoop! He discovered the ice cream scoop in the drawer yesterday and you would have thought there was ice cream left on it the way he licked and sucked on it!

A couple weeks ago Corey was gone with the car and I thought it was a good evening for a trip to our local ice cream shop. So I called up the girls from our church and they came out and picked up Caedmon and me. It was my first time at the ice cream shop in town. It's a lovely little place! I love small towns!:)
It was also Caedmon's first time trying ice cream! Despite the face, he loved it and wanted more. I think the coldness had him screwing his face up.:)
We had a good time hanging out!

Hmmm, not sure about sitting between two girls?:)
